About The Project Girl
I am slightly (I say that word a lot to downplay my crazy) obsessed with all things crafty. I love to make things with my hands, I consider it therepy. I tend towards a “jack of all trades” in the crafting world. I start on a project learn how to do it, but give it up for the next shiney trend before I truely become great. But this has affored me the skills (and the products) to pretty much do a little of anything.
I am a professional graphic designer and love to do digital projects as well. You name it, I’ve created it in photoshop. I’ll definitely share those projects with you, they are the easiest to complete since you dont really have to clean up afterwards (okay maybe the bags of cheetos around the computer).
I currently work for a great Scrapbooking Paper Manufacturer called My Mind’s Eye. I have been working there for more than 5 years now and I love it so much. I worked on such paper lines as Bohemia, Wild Asparagus, Magnolia, Kaliedoscope, Out & About to name just a few.
In all my spare time, I design digital files for two other companies. One is a great little digital stationary and card company called Card Nirvana. At card nirvana we sell super easy (and I mean so easy we could make an infomercial on how easy) customizable cards that you download, customize, and print at home. Really it is that easy and anyone with Acrobat can do it.
The other company is the best scrapbooking website ever dreamed up Two Peas in a Bucket. I have been a member of the community there for almost 5 years and am now one of their newest digital designers. Be sure to check out my growing list of digital kits available.
