I created this short-term goal tracker based on my long-term weight loss tracker. It’s the same exact idea, but with goals of any type. Set a goal, choose mini goals and rewards, and work your way to completing your goals.
I also created a long-term goal tracker, that is for bigger goals that need to be broken up into a lot of mini goals to complete. This form could be great for kids who want to learn habits like keeping their room clean etc.
