Last year I created a One Little Word goal matrix with a space for your OLW, and then 6 accompanying areas of your life that you want to change. It’s an awesome worksheet! I created a different version this year, that has more to do with specific behaviors and activities. You could definitely use both, or just try one and see how you respond to it. If you haven’t heard of OLW, it’s an awesome way to set goals for the year focusing on one word that will help determine what area of growth you are looking for in your life. Examples might be: Simplify, growth, learning, peace, etc.
This year’s One Little Word Goal Worksheet includes a goal statement. I think having a goal statement is an awesome way to bring about change. Look at what you want to accomplish, and create a statement that will help you remember the hows and whys of your one little word.
