The Annual Michaels Dream Tree Challenge is underway and I was lucky enough to be asked to decorate a tree this year. I love Christmas so much and am so in love with how my tree turned out. Here’s what I started out with, a basic 7′ pre-lit artificial tree (50% off right now). I really like the narrow shape and how it’s not too bushy.
After strolling down all the aisles at Michaels, I decided on a “let it snow” theme (in my head it’s set to the tune of Let it Go). Lots of frosted greenery, antique silver glitter, crystal snowflakes etc.
Let it snow! I love how all the white and cream works with my white walls and yet the tree isn’t overwhelmingly white.
I also love all the frosted greenery gives the looks of a lightly flocked tree.
The little houses, nests, and wood trees are my favorite.
