[inter] National Scrapbook Day 2012 – Blog Hop Freebie!

This weekend is [inter] National Scrapbook Day, and as part of the hoopla at Design House Digital, we’ve got an awesome digital scrapbooking collaboration kit from the Design House Digital designers, called Retrospect:

For those of you who do not get the DHD Newsletter or subscribe to my Facebook page, I recently announced that I am retiring from DHD and Digital Scrapbooking. I’m sad to go, but am excited to be able to spend more time with my growing family. Hopefully when things calm down in a year or two, I’ll start designing for digital peeps again. In the mean time, this will be the last week to purchase any of my DHD digital kits. They are 50% off through May 8th, so grab them while they are still available.

I am so glad that I got to meet you at the DHD Crop, and equally sad that you won’t be around to mentor us anymore. Jen, I’ll miss your designs. But its wonderful that you are able to take time off to dedicate to your family! I also took time off from my career when my son was born and have never regretted the time I was able to spend with him in his early years. It goes by so quick (he is now 8!) ENJOY, RELAX and your fans will wait for your return when you’re ready!!

Hey Jen…have been meaning to write to you ever since I saw your message about leaving to care for you growing family…Will miss seeing your things on DHD, but I think it is wonderful you will be able to stay home and enjoy your family and the new baby…Congratulations …I was a stay at home Mom, and think it is sad that so many young women do not have that opportunity in todays expensive and busy world…Good Luck…Liz
