Motivated Mondays – To Do *Free Download

September 26th, 2011

So I’ve decided to do my organizational free downloads on Mondays. I know I need extra motivation on Mondays, and nothing motivates me like a shiny new list! If you haven’t guessed yet, I’m obsessed with to do lists. I think its because I cannot start working without a plan. Whenever I just jot down to-dos on a blank sheet of paper, I end up categorizing everything with some sort of visual hierarchy. So with this To Do list I made categories and a hierarchy. Hopefully you’ll find it inspiring and get a lot done today!!! Click on the image below to start PDF download.

Click on the image above to download a PDF version of my printable To Do list. The downloadable PDFs in this article (and across my entire site) are free for personal use only. If you would like to blog about this free download, please accompany and images from my site with a credit and link back to this article. As a courtesy please do not link directly to a downloadable file but rather to this page.

This is my kind of to do list! I love how there is a square for everything. That is exactly how my mind works-to compartmentalize each task and not have some big list of everything smooshed together. I’ve never come across a to do list done this way and I think it will be so helpful! Thanks!

Love this! thanks Jen. I need to print several out and put them to good use.

  4. Great list! Is there an way to change the text to customize it a bit more?

Thank you SO MUCH for this printable – just shared the link to your blog on Facebook. For some reason my day seems much more manageable grouped this way instead of just one never ending “to do” list.

Loving it too! I downloaded it and printed it out, but I would love it even more if the text was customizable – for example since I don’t have any kids, the carpool info isn’t needed. (My brain doesn’t deal well with having boxes that don’t fit my life, and it’s hard to ignore the goofball brain :))

Amazing! I always get made fun of for categorizing, prioritizing and colour-coding my to-do lists, but it’s the only way to go!

    Thank you!

I like this to do list, but it would be nice to have a box for the date. Thanks for putting this together.

Love this To Do List, but the text is getting cut off around the edges. Is it just me? I tried to minimize to 95%, but still doing it.

I am so glad I found your website! I’ve been making do with ugly free notepads or ancient Microsoft Word files. Thank you so, so much!
