Happy New year! Workout Freebie

January 1st, 2010

Workout freebie as in a printable workout worksheet – not the day off working out. If you’ve made that resolution, then get off your computer and go to the gym! Today is definitely NOT a freebie!

If you’re super proactive or just super active, I’ve created a workout worksheet just for you!

Picture 5

This is mostly just for tracking and notes, though you could put your plans for a week or two weeks and then check them off as you accomplish them. I’m sure you’ll figure out better ways to use this form than I ever could!

Here’s the link to download. As always this is for personal use only. Feel free to link back on your blog.

Good luck on your workouts! Oh and if you haven’t already, go check out my new shop at Design House Digital. Everything is 30% off this weekend! Have a great and wonderful New year!
