Menu Planning Form – Free Download
January 19th, 2009Here is a menu planning form that I use when I’m planning out my menu for the week. The top half has a weekly calender with space for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner Menus. It also has space at the bottom to list all the ingredients that you need to get at the store. A pretty simple and straightforward menu planner that also looks great on your fridge or magnet board!

Download this file and enjoy (for personal use only). Please tell your friends to come visit the site and download their own file. I would love a comment if you do download!
I also have a slightly different version of the form that does not have the meals for each day broken up.

Download this file and enjoy (for personal use only). Please tell your friends to come visit the site and download their own file. I would love a comment if you do download!
Each of these files are a 8.5″x11″ PDF. Use Acrobat Reader to open the file and print as many as you like! Happy Menu Planning!!

I absolutely love these meal planners so I have linked them on my blog. I print them on front & back, date each, then catalog them in a folder for future reference. Keep up the great work! You are one of my new faves!
Thanks, my kids ask everyday, whats for dinner, and now they can see at a glance whether they should stop for something or whether they will eat at home!! Now I just need to get a consistant time to have dinner.

Thanks so much for this form! It really helps keep me on track with my meal planning and my budget!!! It’s also nice looking so it looks good on the fridge!
My husband and I plan to use the second one each week to plan our meals. We can easily cut off the other side, and use it for a quicker grocery shopping experience!
I already use a chart like this that I threw together one afternoon. However, yours is MUCH cuter and I’ll be using it from now on! Thanks!
Thank you so much! The lovely layout and design make me more eager to actually meal plan—something I have little desire to do in the first place. Thanks again.
I look forward to using the menu planner with grocery list. I love that it is “pretty”. Will check back to site for other fun things!
this looks like a great idea. I am going to give it a try. thanks
