Menu Planning Form – Free Download
January 19th, 2009Here is a menu planning form that I use when I’m planning out my menu for the week. The top half has a weekly calender with space for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner Menus. It also has space at the bottom to list all the ingredients that you need to get at the store. A pretty simple and straightforward menu planner that also looks great on your fridge or magnet board!

Download this file and enjoy (for personal use only). Please tell your friends to come visit the site and download their own file. I would love a comment if you do download!
I also have a slightly different version of the form that does not have the meals for each day broken up.

Each of these files are a 8.5″x11″ PDF. Use Acrobat Reader to open the file and print as many as you like! Happy Menu Planning!!

So excited to try both. Thanks!

Really like the meal planning divided into breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Is there a way to make the scheme a different color? It’s quite light when I print it and somewhat difficult to read. Thank you for this!!

Thanks. I will use to get my kids to help me plan a meal for the week. I’m going to go over the nutrition guidelines with them and see if we can come up with a meal plan together that will be healthy and pleasing to their palates…they are picky eaters.

Love the forms…only wish the first one also had rows for mid-morning/mid-afternoon snacks…or one row as all inclusive snack section. But, I’ll just slip it into the other areas. Great stuff! Thank you!!
